Due to the escalating COVID-19 situation causing increases in freight volumes, we are experiencing shipping delays of at least 2 days. We offer customers a flat rate of $8.00 standard shipping for all orders under $100.

What are my shipping options?

All orders ship via Australia Post. Most orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of purchase, depending on product availability. Any orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped the next available business day.

Once your order has been processed, transit time is anywhere between 1 and 6 business days, depending on your shipping option address.

Please note that orders are shipped and delivered on business days only (Monday – Friday, excluding major holidays).

Do you ship internationally?

We do not offer international shipping or ship to any freight forwarders. 

How will I know when my order ships?

Tracking information will be sent via e-mail upon shipment of goods. Charges are subject to change without notice.

Please note: Shipping times are a guideline and subject to change. You may experience slightly longer delivery times during peak periods (Cyber Weekend Sales), due to wild weather, or due to other Australia Post or Startrack delivery issues that are unforeseen or unavoidable events beyond Redgum Skin Clinic’s control. Online orders are processed and shipped from Corowa, NSW and so we follow any NSW Public Holidays.

Return Policy

At Dermalogica we want you to be satisfied every time you shop with us. We’ll gladly accept returns or exchanges purchases for:

  • Reaction
  • Not Suitable
  • Incorrect item purchased
  • Faulty
  • Packing error

Will issue a full refund upon receiving your items within 30 days of the PURCHASE date. All returns must be pre-approved by customer service. 100% refund available for any of the above reasons. Where we are unable to supply a product you have ordered and paid for, we will automatically refund you the amount paid for the product as soon as is reasonably possible.

For your protection, we recommend that you always use a recorded-delivery service to return the products, as we will not process any refunds until we receive the products back. We will refund using the same payment method of the original purchase.
